Last August 15, 2010, Our speaker speaks about ITIL(Information technology infrastructure library). The message was nice and inspiring because the speaker tells us what ITIL is all about, basically ITIL is practicing the best practice of IT. It applies the basic standards and criteria of a IT process that your company can benefit when using this tool. Also, this practices was applied in many companies and they experience success using ITIL. The topic is challenging because it has a lot of critical thinking on how you could deliver the right information for the company and at the same time you need to master the system of the project.  Currently, Many companies are using this tool to take their business in a better heights.
